Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-built or personalized organization systems
- Items that have been assembled or installed
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products or resources
- Clearance or sale items marked as "final sale"
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging with all included items.
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and your original order information inside.

Initial consultations for our organization services can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or fail to attend, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost may apply.
Organization Services
For our organization services:
- Deposits for organization services are non-refundable but may be applied to future services within 6 months.
- Cancellation of scheduled organization services requires at least 72 hours' notice for a full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
- Once an organization project has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.
Membership Services
For our membership programs:
- Monthly memberships can be canceled with 30 days' notice with no penalty.
- Annual memberships paid in full may be eligible for a prorated refund, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining balance.
- Membership services not used during the billing period are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 30 days, subject to availability.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our organization services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will schedule a follow-up appointment to address your concerns at no additional cost.
3. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Gift cards have no expiration date and can be used for products or services purchased directly from klozchrixbroz.
